Jannie Ariola: I'm in a school that teaches motorcycle repair. I don't know anyone that rides without their endorsement. It's just too easy to get if you actually know how to ride. Even if you don't, you would have to be pretty bad on a bike to not pass the basic class in order to get your permit.
