Georgia Dees: Tell you what. Cut out as much red meat and pork as you can, including eggs. Eat more fresh organic vegetables and fresh organic fruits. Cut out junk foods that contain extra sugar or salt. Cut out sodas(sodas are the major causes of osteoporosis in women and some men)(diet sodas contain no sugar just chemicals that destroy your liver and other internal systems over the long run). Drink more pure bottled water, at least 6 to 8 bottles every day. Walk, walk at least two miles every day after school or work.
