Christopher Calcano: No. No processed food is vegan. Rice crispy treats are made with dairy ingredients.Jello is made with gelatin. And gelatin, if you didn't know, is made with horse hooves. So that is definitely not vegan either. :)
Hal Palowoda: No, marshmallows have gelatin in them (as does Jello). Gelatin comes from animals, therefore neither are vegan.
Vernon Martorana: Some processed foods ARE vegan, oreos for example. Both rice crispys and jello have gelatin in it, so it's not vegan or vegetarian.
